We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will incur the price of return at the standard shipping rate.

At Ascend Active, we want every piece you choose to feel sculpting, confident and perfect for you. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and secure.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, we require all returns to be sent back using:

This ensures:
1. your parcel is protected
2. you have full tracking visibility
3. returns reach our team safely and promptly
You can purchase a tracked return label directly through Royal Mail Click & Drop online or at your local Post Office.

We do not accept untracked or uninsured returns under any circumstances.

Free Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’ve got you.
Ascend Active offers free exchanges on all orders.
Simply contact our support team and we’ll arrange a replacement, with postage fully covered by us for the new item.
Returns Window:
You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Items received outside this window may not be eligible.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:
- Unworn (except to try on)
- Unwashed
- Free from make-up, tan, perfume or visible wear
- With all original tags attached
- In original condition
Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Refunds
Once your return arrives with us and passes our inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
